Genesis Elite D Program
Genesis Elite D Program is Ottawa’s premier defense-specific development program, designed to build complete, intelligent, and confident defensemen. The program focuses on elite-level defensive skills including gap control, puck retrievals, efficient breakouts, deception under pressure, blue-line shooting, and overall hockey IQ. Athletes are trained to read the play, manage time and space, and make effective decisions in game-real situations, translating strong fundamentals into confident, high-impact defensive performance.
Genesis IQ System
Genesis IQ System is a cognitive-based hockey development program focused on improving decision-making, scanning habits, anticipation, and overall game understanding. Athletes are trained to process information faster, recognize patterns, and make smarter, more confident decisions under pressure, allowing them to read the game more effectively and consistently stay one step ahead of the play.
Genesis Total Player Development
Genesis Total Player Development is a high-performance training program built to develop complete, confident hockey players. Athletes improve skating efficiency, puck control, passing, shooting, scoring instincts, and game awareness through structured, high-tempo sessions.
Genesis 33 Goalie Performance
Genesis 33 Goalie Performance is a comprehensive goaltender development program designed to build strong foundational skating and edgework while reinforcing proper puck tracking and efficient save mechanics. Goalies are trained in a positive and supportive environment that emphasizes confidence, competitiveness, and consistency, helping them develop reliable habits and perform with control and composure in game situations.
Team & Association Development
Team & Association Development delivers position-specific skill training designed to strengthen overall team play.
Forwards, defense, and goaltenders receive focused instruction tailored to the demands of their role — improving skating efficiency, puck management, defensive awareness, transition habits, and decision-making under pressure.
Each program is built around the needs of the team, ensuring players not only develop individually, but understand how their role supports structure, flow, and collective success.
Available for Rep B, AA, AAA, and house league teams.
